I think all of us at one point in our lives has always wanted to make our own pizza. Heck, even Kramer from the show Seinfeld had the idea to make a restaurant where the customers make their own pizza. Well at Pieology, this is the closest you'll come without dirtying up your own kitchen. Think of Pieology as the Chipotle or Subway of pizza. You have full control of what goes on your pizza, from the crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings! The combinations seem endless as you can customize every part of your pizza. Their staff that cooks the pizza also has helpful suggestions on what might taste good together. The customer service here is excellent, their pizza cooks will guide you from choosing what crust will be best for you, all the way to what toppings meld with what cheeses the best. One thing that stands out is the amount of sauces you can choose from. Besides the typical marinara sauce, they also have herb butter and olive oil. The taste is definitely competitive as a single serve pizza only costs $7.50 + tax! Overall, this place is great for not only in between classes, but dates and a good options for those craving pizza.
